Starting owner driver karting can be daunting but AJ Racing is here to help. We can point you towards the best class for you or your daughter based on experience level and budget and teach you the important bits at the start of your exciting journey.

To provide a clear pathway for female racers after competing in rental karting initiatives such as F1 Academy's Discover your Drive and the Jamie Chadwick Series. AJ Racing strives to produce strong candidates for initiatives aimed at more experienced young women such as More than Equal, the Iron Dames and F1 Academy.

According to More than Equal in June 2024, only 13% of kart racers are female. AJ Racing's mission is to help increase this percentage as increasing participation at the grass roots level is the key to boosting the number of women racing professionally. In addition to drivers, AJ Racing aims to increase the number of women working in motorsport as engineers, mechanics, media and everything else that goes on in the wonderful world of motorsport.

FUN! AJ Racing provides a supportive environment for likeminded females to enable every driver to perform to the best of their ability regardless of experience level. While race wins are nice, there is so much more to a race weekend than the trophies at the end of it!
